Becoming a TSM Member Service is simple and if you are a winning handicapper should be profitable for you. First you must read, understand and agree to the rules. The basics are listed below. Go to the Monitoring Rules page for the complete guideline. You can copy the application and fill in the needed information. You can then mail the signed application along with with your payment to TSM. Your payment can be in the form of a check or money order. You can also pay using a credit card via Pay Pal and fax your application. There are no refunds once you have been accepted and placed on the TSM web site to be tracked by our many viewers. This is a serious business and not to be taken lightly.

I agree not to sell or advertise the selections of any other sports service without the express permission of the owner of said service. I agree to practice truth in advertising.
